چکیده

Modular construction has been applied in low-rise buildings over the past three decades, but its application high-rise is still less than 1% worldwide. Thus, need for residential applying modular Indonesia becomes very important. The unavailability of design guidelines disrupts life cycle projects. This study aims to analyze factors which affect risk manageability on-time performance building projects, then modeling using dynamic systems performance, results simulations and scenarios improve time performance. research variables were obtained based on a literature seeking opinions experts qualified this field. methods used cause flow diagram models developed into stock-flow diagrams with input formulation validation, thereafter carried out reviewed overrun. showed 15 that buildings. Without any mitigation risks, highest overrun 12.79 days was incurred due drawing approval, standardization days, supply chain 12.78 days. scenario #3 an optimistic alternative 53.55% improvement whereby project delays decreased from 126 days/25.25% 59.17 days/11.8%, delivering <20% could be implemented process.

Explanation of the physical factors affecting the mental image of residents of high-rise residential buildings

When dealing with a diverse and rich environment, humans record limited information in their minds, and this information forms a comprehensive, albeit inaccurate, mental image of the environment. On the other hand, living in high-rise residential buildings in Iran is always associated with dissatisfactions that a clear mental image in the minds of the residents can reduce these dissatisfactions...

Predicting the High-rise building construction project safety risk based on QPSO-SVM model

In this paper, we aim to solve the problem of high-rise building construction project safety risk forecasting. The main innovation of this paper lies in that we convert the project safety risk forecasting problem to a classification problem, and design a novel QPSO-SVM model to implement the classification process. Before predicting the project safety risk, we present an index system, which con...

Waste generated in high-rise buildings construction: a quantification model based on statistical multiple regression.

Reducing construction waste is becoming a key environmental issue in the construction industry. The quantification of waste generation rates in the construction sector is an invaluable management tool in supporting mitigation actions. However, the quantification of waste can be a difficult process because of the specific characteristics and the wide range of materials used in different construc...

Analysis of Applications to Improve the Energy Savings in Residential Buildings Based on Systemic Quality Model

Creating a definition of the features and the architecture of a new Energy Management Software (EMS) is complex because different professionals will be involved in creating that definition and in using the tool. To simplify this definition and aid in the eventual selection of an existing EMS to fit a specific need, a set of metrics that considers the primary issues and drawbacks of the EMS is d...

Dynamic Response of High-Rise Buildings to Stochastic Wind Loads

This paper presents results of a recent study addressing issues concerning the dynamic response of high-rise buildings. Utilizing a high-frequency base-balance, the alon~w;:~d, acrosswind and torsional components of aerodynamic loads and their statistical corm!ations for a wide range of generic building shapes of different aspect ratios in two approach flow conditions are quantified. A random-v...
